Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the Final Price? The posted discount is the negotiated number off MSRP. Your final out-the-door price will also include tax, tags, dealer fees and registration, which vary and will be confirmed before you commit to the purchase.
What if the exact trim/color I want isn't in stock? We'll check current inventory when you reach out. If your exact configuration isn't available, we'll work with participating dealers on the closest match or an incoming unit at the same discount where possible.
Do I still pay your fee? Yes, our standard flat fee applies, same as our regular service.
How often are these updated? Monthly and sometimes bi-weekly as incentives change.
Do I have to go to the dealership at all? No, you can complete the entire process from home. We handle the paperwork, and you can either pick up your car or have it delivered right to your door.
Can I take this offer to any dealership and ask them to match it? This offer reflects an arrangement specific to DMV Auto Concierge clients, not a general market rate, most dealerships won't replicate it for a walk-in request. It also only covers the vehicle price; our fee includes negotiation, paperwork, and delivery, so going directly means losing that support without necessarily getting the same number.
